農業銀行(601288.SH)：上半年淨利同比降10.8%至1091.9億元
格隆匯 8 月 30日丨農業銀行(601288.SH)公佈半年報，2020年上半年，公司實現淨利潤1091.90億元，同比減少131.82億元，下降10.8%。
截至2020年6月30日，本行總資產為264721.27億元，較上年末增加15938.39億元，增長6.4%。其中，發放貸款和墊款淨額增加11366.54億元，增長8.9%；金融投資增加4249.00億元，增長5.7%；現金及存放中央銀行款項減少3277.79億元，下降12.1%，主要是由於存放中央銀行超額存款準備金減少；存放同業和拆出資金增加2152.43億元，增長28.4%，主要是由於合作性存放同業款項增加；買入返售金融資產減少577.52億元，下降8.2%，主要是由於買入返售債券減少。
截至2020年6月30日，本行負債總額為243791.18億元，較上年末增加14,605.92億元，增長6.4%。其中，吸收存款增加15,139.43億元，增長8.0%；同業存放和拆入資金減少1,995.97億元，下降10.9%，主要是由於同業存放款項減少；賣出回購金融資產款減少221.77億元，下降41.7%，主要是由於本行賣出回購需求減少；已發行債務證券增加297.15億元，增長2.7%，主要是由於本行上半年發行400億元二級資本債。
截至2020年6月30日，本行股東權益合計20,930.09億元，其中普通股股本3,499.83億元，其他權益工具2,848.78億元，資本公積1,735.56億元，盈餘公積1,750.16億元，一般風險準備3,118.25億元，未分配利潤7,491.58億元。每股淨資產5.14元，較上年末增加0.14元。
上半年，本行持續推進綜合化經營戰略實施，六家綜合化經營子公司圍繞集團整體發展戰略，專注主業、做精專業、穩健經營，市場競爭力穩步提升，集團綜合化經營的協同效應逐步顯現。截至6月末，六家綜合化經營子公司資產合計3,273.59億元，較上年末增加339.56億元，上半年實現淨利潤合計17.54億元。
報告期內，本行堅持穩中求進的工作總基調，積極應對疫情帶來的不利影響，服務“六穩”和“六保”，保持資產質量基本穩定。截至2020年6月30日，本行不良貸款餘額2,077.45億元，較上年末增加205.35億元；不良貸款率1.43%，較上年末上升0.03個百分點。關注類貸款餘額3,039.24億元，較上年末增加55.23億元；關注類貸款佔比2.09%，較上年末下降0.15個百分點。
