泰達股份(000652.SZ)半年度淨利潤升39.61%至8581.48萬元
格隆匯 8 月 30日丨泰達股份(000652.SZ)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入56.47億元，同比下降14.86%；歸屬於母公司淨利潤8581.48萬元，同比增長39.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5878.69萬元，同比增長9.67%；基本每股收益0.0582元。
生態環保板塊，泰達環保積極應對疫情影響，上半年實現營業收入3.93億元，同比增長9.65%；實現淨利潤8,125萬元。運營項目方面，各項目公司在出現物料供應緊張的情況下，不等不靠，積極聯繫生產廠家及當地政府，保證了物料供應及正常生產，截至6月底，共處理生活垃圾153.13萬噸，同比增加0.6%；發電量5.92億kW•h，同比增長10%；上網電量5.06億kW•h，同比增長11%。
泰達潔淨上半年實現營業收入2.47億元，同比增長495.7%，完成全年的164%；實現淨利潤1.06億元，同比增長13倍，經營業績大幅增長。在生產上，加大設備改造、技術革新、提產擴能，使口罩濾材產能從7噸增長到10噸以上，增長率將近50%，上半年完成成品產量2,191.35噸，增長約62.6%；在一個月內獲得可進紅區的醫用95級口罩的註冊證及生產許可證，日產口罩4萬隻，實現了產業鏈的閉環。泰達潔淨作為2020年度“天津市科技進步一等獎”獲得者，“芯”系不同國籍和羣體，接連進行醫用N95口罩的海外貿易馳援全球，同時作為主要編制單位參與制定《民用衞生口罩標準》《兒童口罩技術規範》，研製出專用於兒童的“泰達童芯”口罩濾材，為提高全國兒童健康事業做出了貢獻。
區域開發板塊，一級開發方面，完成2塊土地掛牌出讓，出讓面積311畝，成交總價13.03億元；二級開發方面，大連北方生態慧谷項目簽約銷售額1.11億元；句容泰達青築項目簽約銷售額0.82億元。揚州Y-MSD商業、酒店項目加緊施工中；泰達都市基本實現戰略轉型，完成了與泰達潔淨及泰達環保五個項目的物業接管工作，並收回政府欠款565萬元。
能源貿易板塊，受國際原油大跌影響，石化行業交易量驟降，期貨商品大面積下跌，導致能源貿易板塊營業收入同比大幅降低。
金融投資板塊，積極支持北方信託混改、渤海證券混改及上市等工作，截至2020年7月中旬，公司已累計收到參股企業分紅款8604.62萬元。
