浩雲科技(300448.SZ)：子公司簽訂高速公路視頻圖像智能分析與應用項目合作協議書
格隆匯 8 月 30日丨浩雲科技(300448.SZ)公佈，近日，公司獲悉控股子公司廣東冠網信息科技有限公司(“冠網信息”、“控股子公司”、“乙方”)與某大型交通信息產業公司(“交易對手方”或“甲方”)經友好協商簽訂了《視頻圖像智能分析與應用項目合作協議書》，旨在某省高速公路視頻圖像智能分析與應用項目基礎上就數車核費稽查和鷹眼路徑還原核查展開合作，以共同推動高速公路收費的智慧化管理工作。該項目合作期叁年，自2020年9月1日起至2023年8月31日止。
公司控股子公司冠網信息是一家專注於物聯網視頻圖像智能分析與大數據應用的高科技企業，為公共安全建設、道路交通管理等提供人工智能、大數據挖掘、可視化關聯分析應用整體解決方案，是視頻圖像智能分析與應用技術公安部重點實驗室成員單位，參與多項國家標準的制定工作，其自研的基於車輛多特徵深度學習AI識別技術的e-CarS車輛特徵識別大數據分析系統在公安實戰中成為具備百億級過車大數據分析與應用的能力，其自研的高速公路防逃費稽查大數據分析系統是將視頻圖像智能分析AI技術與高速公路經營管理業務高度融合的國內創新產品，在高速公路行業已有較多成熟應用成功案例。
ETC全國推廣、省界收費站取消給民眾帶來了極大的便利，但ETC、高速公路收費業務中長期存在的鉅額逃費、現有路網清分系統存在收費誤差導致車主與高速公路運營業主產生收費糾紛等疑難依然存在，部分省份動輒數億元的逃費現狀對高速公路運營業主造成極大困擾，也因此萌發了巨大的需求市場。此次合作將發揮雙方數據優勢、技術優勢及服務經驗，通過創新的軟硬件產品，共同開展高速公路視頻圖像智能分析與數據應用服務工作，可有效解決ETC及高速公路逃費稽查、路網清分核費等問題，推動高速公路收費更準確、透明，助力高速公路收費數字化、智慧化。
雙方合作將有助於子公司為客户提供更加優質的產品與服務，顯著夯實公司在智慧交通領域的業務基礎，進一步增強公司的業務拓展能力，助力公司交通大數據軟硬件產品推向全國，贏得國家大力推動高速公路ETC發展應用帶來的市場機會，助力公司交通大數據戰略推進。
該協議的簽署對公司的業務獨立性無重大影響。截至公告日，該協議中所述相關產品已完成相關試點工作，後續雙方將在該協議合作事項安排基礎上推廣及實施相關業務，該合同無具體金額，暫時無法準確預計對公司2020年度及以後年度的財務狀況和經營成果的影響。
