格隆匯8月28日丨港龍中國地產(06968.HK)公佈,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司收入約為人民幣17.13億元,較2019年同期增長190%;毛利潤約為人民幣6.56億元,較2019年同期增長159%;淨利潤約為人民幣3.21億元,較2019年同期增長361%。

截至2020年6月30日止6個月合同銷售額(包括合營企業與聯營公司的合同銷售額)約為人民幣78.11億元,總銷售面積約655,000平方米,同比增長分別為132%及130%。2020年第二季度合同銷售金額為人民幣54.9億元,較2020年第一季度環比增長137%。

於2020年6月30日,集團尚未履行的物業銷售約為人民幣172.18億元,於2019年12月31日則約為人民幣116.19億元,增加約48%。

截至2020年6月30日止6個月,集團(連同其合營企業及聯營公司)於海門、宜興、蕪湖及常州購入五塊新的優質土地,提供了847,812平方米的新土地儲備的可供出售的總建築面積,平均每平方米土地成本約為人民幣3,225元。

於2020年6月30日現金(包括受限制現金、已抵押定期存款以及現金和現金等價物)約為人民幣54億元(2019年12月31日:人民幣25.13億元)。
