東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：擬設立洋浦東方雨虹及建設綠色新材料綜合產業園項目
格隆匯 8 月 28日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，公司擬以自有資金在海南洋浦經濟開發區出資5000萬元投資設立全資子公司洋浦東方雨虹建築材料有限公司(具體以工商部門核准登記為準，“洋浦東方雨虹”)，並以洋浦東方雨虹為項目實施主體以自籌資金投資不超過10億元在海南洋浦經濟開發區投資建設東方雨虹海南洋浦綠色新材料綜合產業園項目。
項目名稱：東方雨虹海南洋浦綠色新材料綜合產業園項目。項目主要內容：項目建設分兩期進行，一期建設年產2040萬平方米改性瀝青防水卷材生產線、年產2萬噸防水塗料生產線、年產10萬噸聚羧酸高性能減水劑產品生產線。二期擴大改性瀝青防水卷材、防水塗料產能規模、新增聚氨酯或其他建材類產品(具體以政策允許及最終規劃為準)，以及配套的生產辦公設施等。投資規模：項目計劃總投資不超過10億元人民幣。其中一期綠色新材料生產製造基地項目計劃投資3.5億元；二期綠色新材料研發中心、新材料進出口集散中心項目計劃投資6.5億元。
洋浦經濟開發區位於海南省西北部，地處泛北部灣中心區域，是享受保税區政策的國家級開發區、國家首批新型工業化產業示範基地、國家循環化改造示範試點園區和國家首批綠色園區。公司此次在洋浦經濟開發區投資建設東方雨虹海南洋浦綠色新材料綜合產業園項目，旨在依託洋浦經濟開發區在區位條件、港口物流、政策支持、營商環境等方面的優勢，立足公司建築建材系統服務商的核心定位，踐行綠色建築、綠色建材等國家戰略，不斷豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質，實現產品結構的優化升級，滿足公司的戰略發展規劃及因產品應用領域不斷擴大而帶來的市場需求；同時，該項目亦能充分調動洋浦經濟開發區在海南自由貿易港建設中的優勢地位，完善公司的市場營銷網絡體系，打通華南地區現有區位空間格局，共同釋放協同效應，提升公司在華南地區的市場份額；此外，華南地區是公司重要的產品銷售市場之一，希望通過此次投資進一步擴大公司在華南地區的生產與供貨能力，促進產能分佈的持續優化，以期進一步滿足華南地區的市場需求，為公司未來持續穩定發展奠定堅實的基礎，符合公司全體股東的利益。
