中國交建(601800.SH)：上半年歸母淨利降40.45%至51.22億元
格隆匯8月28日丨中國交建(601800.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，報告期內，集團實現營業收入2464.48億元，上年同期為2406.59億元，增長2.41%，第二季度較第一季度營業收入環比增長58.21%，主要得益於境內業務復工復產的有力推進。其中，各業務來自海外地區的收入為382.26億元(約摺合54.36億美元)，上年同期為453.24億元，同比減少15.66%，約佔集團收入的16%。
報告期內，實現毛利287.97億元，上年同期為286.77億元，增長0.42%。毛利率達11.68%，較上年同期下降0.23個百分點。營業利潤86.81億元，上年同期為116.14億元，減少25.25%。淨利潤為64.45億元，上年同期為95.93億元，減少32.82%。歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為51.22億元，上年同期為86.01億元，減少40.45%。每股收益為0.25元。歸屬於母公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為45.06億元，上年同期為72.54億元，減少37.88%。
上半年，集團新籤合同額為5330.94億元，同比增長7.27%。截至2020年6月30日，集團持有在執行未完成合同金額約為2.26萬億元。
上半年，集團來自於海外地區的新籤合同額為1163.38億元(約摺合168.80億美元)，同比增長3.7%，佔集團新籤合同額的22%。經統計，截至2020年6月30日，公司共在139個國家和地區開展業務，其中，在建對外承包工程項目共計855個，總合同額約為1411億美元。
上半年，集團來自於PPP投資類項目確認的合同額為777.77億元(其中：參股項目按照股權比例確認的合同額為249.75億元)，同比增長15.72%，佔集團新籤合同額的15%，集團預計可以承接的建安合同金額為874.84億元。
