創興銀行(01111.HK)公布截至今年6月底止中期業績,純利7.15億元,按年跌21%;每股盈利0.64元。派中期息0.11元,上年同期為0.17元。
期內,淨利息收入14.63億元,按年跌5.3%,主要受大幅降息政策影響,導致市場利率水平急促下滑,銀行2020年上半年淨息差為1.41%,較去年同期下降18個基點。淨費用及佣金收入為2.1億元,升25.38%。成本對收入比率40.15%,按年增98個基點。
至6月底止,一級資本比率為13.61%,較去年底減少71點子,而普通股權一級資本比率為11.66%,不履行貸款比率為0.41%,增8點子,貸款對存款比率為72.38%,升2.92個百分點。
