四川雙馬(000935.SZ)：上半年淨利潤達3.84億元
格隆匯 8 月 28日丨四川雙馬(000935.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，公司實現營業收入8.3億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.84億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.57億元；基本每股收益0.50元。
報告期內，公司經營業務主要發生在四川省南部和貴州省北部。從整體看，川南和黔北區域的經濟發展程度仍然較低，基礎設施建設相對落後，城市化建設進程落後於全國平均水平。近年以來，川南區域的經濟呈現加速發展、後發趕超的態勢，宜賓市着力打造四川經濟副中心，區域內多個高速公路、高速鐵路項目開工建設，橫跨宜賓境內的大型基建項目渝昆高鐵有望在2020年下半年實質性開工。遵義市經濟總量穩步上升，經濟增長的質量和效益持續改善。地方經濟的發展為水泥需求的增長注入了新的活力，為公司經營業績的持續改善提供了有力支撐。
在健康與安全管理方面，公司根據國家相關安全及職業衞生法規政策，建立健全公司內部健康與安全管理體系，保持了良好的健康與安全文化氛圍。公司下屬兩家水泥業務子公司均具有“國家一級安全標準化企業”稱號，所屬礦山均具有“礦山二級標準化企業”稱號。四川雙馬宜賓水泥製造有限公司(“雙馬宜賓”)為“省級安全文化建設示範企業”。公司員工崗位健康安全技能達標，工作水平不斷提高，管理團隊的安全領導力也持續加強。報告期內，公司啟動安全環保月活動，邀請相關部門參與，舉辦了一系列員工與合同方人員共同參與的加強健康安全意識與企業安全文化提升的相關活動，其中涵蓋健康安全環保知識競賽、健康運動比賽、培訓講座、應急演練等一系列活動。同時，公司積極推進安全管理的“雙控”體系建設，不斷消除現場隱患，提高現場風險管控。根據國家現階段強調的“加強主要管理人員職責”要求，公司進行了全面的責任狀簽署工作，不斷推動公司健康與安全的管理，為實現安全工作奠定了堅實的基礎。
在環境保護方面，報告期內，公司嚴格執行國家環保政策和標準，採用有利於節約能源、改善環境的先進生產技術、工藝和裝備，以全面負責任的態度面對工廠所在區域的環境，全力創建和諧社區；公司在減少化石燃料消耗、減少CO2排放、減少天然原料消耗方面，憑藉技術管理優勢取得了不俗業績。公司積極響應政府錯峯生產政策，制定錯峯生產計劃，在重污染天氣下嚴格執行污染物強制減排的要求，制定了工廠重污染天氣下各級預警的減排措施，污染源排放量符合國家標準。報告期內，公司下屬水泥業務子公司的SNCR脱硝設施正常運行，雙馬宜賓已實施水泥窯污染物深度治理超低排放項目，降低了污染物的排放，有效地保護了環境。報告期內，雙馬宜賓在當地政府的支持下，繼續擴大污泥處置，解決了宜賓地區城市污水處理廠污泥的二次污染問題，為改善當地環境做出了貢獻。
