中国平安(02318.HK)争取全年投资收益按年增长
中国平安(02318.HK)首席投资官陈德贤於业绩记者会上表示,现时资产与负债之间缺口已收窄至4.3年,较早前的8年大幅收窄,偿付能力亦维持於稳定水平,将致力维持全年投资收益较去年提升。
他指公司大部份投资於固定收益债券市场,现时十年期国债利率介乎3.1厘至3.5厘,料短期收益率曲线平稳,长期而言则会向上。至於股票投资,公司仍重点投资於低估值及高分红的股份。另外公司亦有投资於基建及不动产等项目,例如养老公寓及新城镇对保险公司於长期配置资产提供较多机会。
