建滔集團(00148.HK)中期純利跌27%至10.59億港元 中期息0.28港元
格隆匯 8 月 28日丨建滔集團(00148.HK)公佈，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，公司營業額199.26億港元，同比增長9%；公司持有人應占純利10.59億港元，同比減少27%；每股基本盈利0.964港元，每股中期股息0.28港元。
集團覆銅面板業務連續十五年穩踞全球覆銅面板市場第一位。回顧期內，因疫情影響，市場需求特別是海外需求下滑，但覆銅面板部門充分發揮垂直整合生產模式的優勢，力保市場復甦之際有充足產品供應，充分開發更廣闊的內銷市場，將疫情帶來的阻礙減至最小。因產品單價下跌，部門營業額(包括分部間之銷售)下降6%，至66.86億港元，但憑藉卓越的成本控制，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利仍上升7%，至13.66億港元。
印刷線路板業務方面，整體與覆銅面板部分相似。但因遠程辦公的需求驟增，圍繞電腦及視頻會議設備的電子產品訂單顯着上升，醫療及其相關設備的需求亦大幅提升，彌補了部分海外訂單下降的損失。同時部門向高階線路板方向發展亦取得成效，產品組合快速升級，令產品利潤率增加。印刷線路板部門營業額輕微下跌2%，至42.72億港元，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利上升7%，至6.06億港元。
化工業務方面，主要受經濟活動放緩及石油價格大跌所拖累，主要化工產品售價同比下滑，因此化工部門營業額(包括分部間之銷售)下降22%，至51.24億港元，未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷之盈利前下降32%，至4.77億港元。
房地產部門因錄得香港沙田九肚項目部分收入入賬及華東地區期內竣工交付單位入賬，物業銷售營業額激增至43.30億港元。受疫情影響，租金收入輕微下跌5%至5.28億港元。房地產部門總體營業額上升442%，至44.58億元。未扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前之盈利上升229%，至19.08億港元。
