复星国际(00656.HK):冀全年保持稳健派息
复星国际(00656.HK)上半年不派中期息,高级副总裁龚平解释是基於疫情下的综合考量,过去几年整体派息率持续增长,强调今年是特殊的一年,期望全年仍可保持稳健分红比例。
他补充,上半年复星国际收入减少主要是受旅游文化业务拖累,惟旅游文化核心业务已经逐步复苏,三亚亚特兰蒂斯度假村7月营业额有所回升,旗下26个地中海俱乐部度假村恢复运营亦已重新开业。他指出,中国业务复苏强劲,下半年会加快旅游目的地项目开发。
董事长郭广昌表示,过往复星主要以投资及产业双线发展,现时已经完成全球产业布局,将深耕产业为主,以投资为辅。
