格隆匯8月28日丨綠城中國(03900.HK)高開高走,現漲5.81%,報9.66港元,暫成交1780萬港元,最新總市值240.9億港元。綠城中國8月27發佈公告,上半年實現收入人民幣238.96億元,較去年同期增長28.1%;公司股東應占利潤20.96億元,較去年同期增長1.9%;基本每股盈利人民幣0.65元。公司回款率為95%,處於行業高位。綠城集團預計下半年整體可售貨源約1308萬平方米,整體可售金額約為人民幣2722億元。
