萬寶盛華(02180.HK)上半年實現純利5605.7萬元 同比增長51.8%
格隆匯8月28日丨萬寶盛華(02180.HK)發佈中期業績，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，公司實現營收達人民幣16.03億元，同比增長11.2%，其中大陸地區靈活用工用工營收大幅增加39%；公司擁有人應占溢利人民幣5605.7萬元，同比增長51.8%；經營活動所得現金淨額達人民幣8886.4萬元，同比上升342.4%；每名僱員創造人均營收同比上升35.1%至人民幣149.8萬元；基本每股盈利人民幣0.27元。
根據灼識諮詢的資料，集團是大中華區人力資源解決方案市場的最大參與者，營收在2019年達人民幣30.4億元，佔該年度大中華區1.71%的市場份額。人力資源解決方案市場有三個板塊，分別為人才尋獵服務市場、招聘流程外包服務市場及靈活用工市場。2019年，五大運營商佔大中華區市場份額的6.96%。
憑藉如此佳績，集團於營商氣氛普遍低迷的情況下，持續錄得營收增長。期內，集團錄得總營收人民幣16.032億元，較2019年同期增加約11.2%。靈活用工業務分部產生的營收同比增長約20.0%至人民幣15.07億元。期內，公司擁有人應占純利增加至人民幣5610萬元，同比增長約51.8%。
2020年上半年，靈活用工僱員及合夥人的總人數顯著增加，主要由於中國大陸團隊快速擴張所致。期內入職的合約員工總人數由上年同期的約1.75萬人增加20.0%至約2.1萬人，當中中國大陸入職的合約員工總人數大幅增加約40.3%。集團在中國大陸錄得靈活用工業務營收強勁增長，期內來自中國大陸的靈活用工營收較去年同期增長達39%。集團預期在低滲透率、市場先驅優勢及強大的現金流管理能力的推動下，中國大陸靈活用工業務將持續呈現強勁的增長勢頭。
期內，集團精簡中國大陸的地區營運架構，以加快其在華南、華中及華西(如武漢及杭州)等滲透率不足地區的擴展，並鞏固其在上海、北京、廣州及香港等一線城市的穩健市場地位。
集團首個招聘服務產品“天天U才”在2019年12月推出，旨在快速精準地將候選人與職位進行配對，改善招聘效率。2020年6月，每月活躍用户(每月活躍用户)達3.2萬人。集團的合作平台“天天U單”在2020年4月推出，截至2020年6月30日，該平台已發佈近2,400個職位。集團另一人力資源平台產品“天天U福”為向合約員工及僱員提供福利、優惠及其他服務的一站式僱員增值平台。自2020年1月推出後，該平台已錄得超過10,000名註冊會員。此外，集團專為人力資源服務特定市場而設的“萬寶簡斯”平台已於今年上半年試運行並與中國大陸、香港、台灣及澳門系統相融合。截至2020年6月底，集團人才儲備數據庫的人才總數達約550萬人。
受自然增長、戰略投資及潛在合併及收購所推動，集團將繼續以中國大陸的靈活用工作為2020年下半年的戰略重點。集團相信，憑藉強大的品牌及領先的市場地位，其將可繼續在行業增長勢頭中得益。
