ST地礦(000409.SZ)：上半年淨利同比升140.4%至2997萬元
格隆匯 8 月 27日丨ST地礦(000409.SZ)公佈半年報，截至2020年6月30日，公司資產總額11.63億元，同比下降73.54%。2020年上半年，公司實現營業收入18.51億元，同比上升49.59%；實現利潤總額4469.43萬元，同比上升141.73%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2997.00萬元，同比上升140.40%。
2020年上半年，公司主要完成了以下重點工作：
(1)積極實施資產重組，促進公司轉型發展
近年來，公司經營業務眾多，以傳統產業為主，受市場行情低迷、流動資金緊張、原材料價格上漲等因素影響，貿易業務、醫藥製造業務、特種輪胎製造業務及礦業開發業務均未達到預期。面對持續虧損的現狀，公司創新思維、創造條件，克服嚴峻形勢，實施完成山東魯地礦業投資有限公司(“魯地投資”)51%股權出售項目和北斗天地股份有限公司(“北斗天地”)53.89%股權、山東兗礦國拓科技工程股份有限公司(“國拓科技”)70%股權收購項目。通過剝離低效和虧損資產、注入新的利潤支撐點，優化公司產業佈局，改善公司資產質量和財務狀況，促進公司業務轉型升級發展。
(2)深入推進精益化管理，提升公司管理效能
從組織架構、管理機制、培訓機制和文化機制四個方面系統構建公司精益運營管理體系，通過對制度和流程的持續改進，實現公司運營系統、管理架構、管理理念和能力的根本性轉變。推行精益化管理運行模式試點，確保試點企業運行質量和經濟效益雙提升，形成可複製、可推廣的精益化管理模式，全面提升運營業績和管理效能。
(3)規範完善公司運作，提升公司治理水平
全面梳理和修改公司股東大會、董事會和監事會議事規則、董事會專門委員會工作細則和獨立董事工作制度等治理制度，為公司依法合規運行提供製度保障。進一步加強對權屬企業的管控，紮實推進產權代表制度，完善各權屬企業法人治理結構，組織修訂各權屬企業公司章程，整體提升公司規範運作能力和治理水平。
(4)加強財務管理，健全公司風險防控
堅持開源節流、降本增效，加強可控費用管理，強化經濟運行過程管控，從嚴、從緊管理各項成本費用。合理籌劃資金，降低財務費用,確保資金流安全。開展存貨清查變現，加強原材料採購及倉庫管理，盤活存量資產，提高資金使用效率。加大應收款項清收力度，建立應收款項動態發現機制，降低應收款項壞賬風險，促進公司存量優化，健全公司風險防控。
(5)強化安全意識，提升安全管理水平
嚴格做好疫情防控工作，以“防疫情、保安全、促生產”為宗旨，通過快速成立疫情防控領導小組、制訂疫情防控方案、定期召開疫情防控專題會議等方式促使疫情防控進入常態化管控，形成全員聯動的疫情防控工作局面。強化安全環保責任考核，推行安全環保責任網格化管理，強化安全隱患排查治理，推動落實公司安全環保工作長效機制。
