格隆匯 8 月 27日丨紅星美凱龍(01528.HK)公佈，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，公司營業收入為人民幣60.24億元，毛利為人民幣40.30億元，毛利率66.9%，歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為人民幣11.01億元，每股收益為人民幣0.28元。
報告期內，集團繼續圍繞"全渠道泛家居業務平台服務商"的戰略定位，積極把握市場發展機會，制定了"新零售變革增強主業競爭力，家裝業務打造第二增長曲線"的戰略部署，重點發展同城零售、家裝、設計雲等新業態，旨在利用原有家居商場渠道能力、強大的供應鏈整合能力和積累多年的家居行業經營經驗，藉助自有的家裝業務管理平台和IMP智慧營銷平台以及天貓"家裝同城站"，提升家裝設計交付能力和線上線下流量轉化能力，進而為顧客提供更加個性化、高品質的家裝服務以及更加貼近終端消費者需求的購物體驗。
同時，公司繼續保持自營與委管商場雙輪驅動的經營模式，重點發展輕資產的委管經營模式，並在全國範圍內進一步戰略性地拓展商場網絡以提升集團的市場份額，從而持續鞏固我們在中國家居裝飾及傢俱行業的市場領導地位。截至報告期末，集團經營了87家自營商場，247家委管商場，通過戰略合作經營12家家居商場，此外，集團以特許經營方式授權開業50家特許經營家居建材項目，共包括430家家居建材店╱產業街。
公司經營的自營商場和委管商場，覆蓋全國29個省、直轄市、自治區的209個城市，商場總經營面積20,953,810平方米。報告期內，為更有效整合公司各條線資源，集團成立了大營運中心，將原招商管理中心、企劃管理中心和營運管理推進中心合併，旨在促進體系融合，協同增效。同時，通過推進集團全面數字化和智能化的信息化建設工作，在商場智慧化，業務財務一體化，信息安全化，以及大數據分析智能化方面都取得了一定的成績。未來，公司將繼續以建成中國最領先、最專業的"全渠道泛家居業務平台服務商"為企業的發展目標。
