金海環境(603311.SH)：公司名稱擬變更為“浙江金海高科股份有限公司”
格隆匯 8 月 27日丨金海環境(603311.SH)公佈，為適應公司發展戰略及經營發展需要，公司名稱擬由“浙江金海環境技術股份有限公司”變更為“浙江金海高科股份有限公司”(以公司登記機關最終登記名稱為準)，英文名稱由“Zhejiang Goldensea Environment Technology Co.,Ltd”變更為“Zhejiang GoldenseaHi-Tech Co., Ltd”，並相應修訂《公司章程》相關內容。公司擬變更的名稱“浙江金海高科股份有限公司”已通過浙江省市場監督管理局的名稱變更預核准，目前尚需提交公司股東大會審議通過。
原經營範圍：一般項目：環境保護專用設備製造；塑料製品製造；金屬結構製造；產業用紡織製成品製造；製冷、空調設備製造；家用電器製造；模具製造；第一類醫療器械生產；第一類醫療器械生產；第一類醫療器械銷售；第一類醫療器械零售；第二類醫療器械銷售；第二類醫療器械零售；特種勞動防護用品生產；特種勞動防護用品銷售；衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：第二類醫療器械生產；用於傳染病防治的消毒產品生產；衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品生產；貨物進出口；技術進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
變更後的經營範圍：生物基材料技術研發；物聯網技術研發；軟件開發；環境保護專用設備製造；塑料製品製造；金屬結構製造；製冷、空調設備製造；家用電器製造；模具製造；第一類醫療器械生產；第一類醫療器械銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；特種勞動防護用品生產；特種勞動防護用品銷售；衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品銷售(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：第二類醫療器械生產；用於傳染病防治的消毒產品生產；衞生用品和一次性使用醫療用品生產；貨物進出口；技術進出口(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
公司近年來開始佈局以研發創新為核心的高端製造領域，主營業務由網、網板、過濾器等傳統產品的生產製造，逐步向上游新材料領域覆蓋，加大了在基礎材料方面的研發投入，並在主營業務的高性能過濾材料、功能性過濾材料、功能性過濾網及各類過濾器等產品上落地應用。
隨着前期研發佈局的逐步落地量產，公司在高性能過濾材料領域實現突破，並且形成以傳統主業為核心的多元化產品延展布局，在高性能過濾材料研發製造領域已處於國際一流水平。一直以來，大部分家電生產商需要依賴大量採用進口濾材來生產空氣過濾器，過濾材料能兼顧“高效率和低阻力”一直是國內濾材生產廠商面臨的技術難題。通過持續研發投入和技術突破，公司產品已完全掌握關鍵核心工藝技術，完全實現了“進口替代”。
本次公司名稱的變更將更加清晰地反映公司的業務結構和行業定位，有利於更好地反應公司發展方向和戰略佈局。本次變更公司名稱不會對公司生產經營產生不利影響。
