移卡(09923.HK)上半年實現淨利2.23億元
格隆匯 8 月 27日丨移卡(09923.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，實現收入人民幣10.77億元，同比增長5.1%；毛利人民幣3.31億元，同比增長16.5%；淨利潤人民幣2.23億元，基本每股盈利人民幣1.07元。
報告期間，公司總體業績與2019年同期相比錄得顯著增長。期內總收入同比增長5.1%，主要因為科技賦能業務收入的上升，同時，科技賦能商業服務的收入貢獻佔比從2019年同期的2.9%快速上升至17.8%。其中，營銷服務收入達人民幣1.443億元，同比增長1,182.5%；商户SaaS產品收入達人民幣1170萬元，同比增長227.7%；金融科技服務收入達人民幣3600萬元，同比增長136.9%。
報告期內，儘管受疫情影響，基於應用程序的支付服務的交易筆數在第二季度快速恢復增長，相較第一季度環比增長32.9%。支付業務渠道多元化進程持續深入。支付業務的合作伙伴數量(包括獨立銷售代理，銷售合作伙伴及SaaS合作伙伴)同比新增51.7%至超9000個。其中，SaaS合作伙伴同比增加72.3%至超700個；富匙峯值日交易筆數增至超210萬筆，為2019年同期的17.2倍。
科技賦能商業服務客户體量持續增加，同比增長174.4%至超58萬。科技賦能商業服務經營情況取得突破性進展。期內廣告精準營銷平台業務的曝光數相較2019年下半年，環比增長478.8%；商户SaaS產品方面，智掌櫃上半年銷量同比增長107.8%；金融科技服務方面，期內客户透過公司獲得的貸款總額達人民幣2.136億元；期內在不同借款發放期間的歷史累計30天以上的逾期率穩定在5.7%。
作為為線下小微商户提供多樣化科技賦能商務服務的先行者，公司將繼續發力於基於應用程序的支付服務。結合行業領先的研發能力開發出更多產品組合，並通過加大生態戰略投資佈局等方式，公司將進一步滿足商户經營的整個生命週期中所需要的各種數字化需求，提高小微商户的經營效率與獲客能力，同時連接消費者需求，為他們創造價值。同時，從公司自身發展角度來看，隨着公司逐步完善與增加的科技賦能服務的產品功能與種類，通過彼此功能性的連接與交互，最終形成可以互相輸送流量和賦能的科技生態體系。
作為入口級業務，公司未來會繼續將核心資源投入到基於應用程序的支付服務中，通過海量流量和數據的沉澱發展科技服務，進一步提高商户的黏性，並加強商户和消費者端流量的變現能力。同時，積極推進支付端渠道向下沉市場的滲透步伐，儘早把握萬億下沉支付的藍海市場機會。公司也將加大基於生物識別技術、數字貨幣等在內的前沿支付方式的創新研究和實踐。
