格隆匯 8 月 27日丨圓通速遞(600233.SH)披露2020年半年度報告，2020年上半年公司業務完成量49.36億件，同比增長29.79%，佔全國快遞服務企業業務量的14.57%，較2019年同期提升0.87個百分點，市場佔有率穩步提升；2020年上半年公司實現營業收入145.81億元，較2019年同期增長4.50%；2020年上半年公司實現歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤9.71億元，較2019年同期增長12.55%。其中，2020年二季度公司實現歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤7.00億元，較2019年同期增長40.63%。
2020年上半年公司秉承“數字化、移動化、實時化、可視化”原則，加大研發資金支持，利用專業的科技公司、國家高新技術企業等優勢科創平台，加快大數據、雲計算、人工智能等新興科技的廣泛推廣和運用，並積極運用互聯網思維，加速業務運營產品和工具的迭代更新，推進公司全面數字化轉型。
報告期內，公司強化技術創新驅動，依託核心的“金剛系統”擁有的豐富數據採集、全程數據跟蹤等優異系統基礎，完善全鏈路管控系統，並運用大數據等先進技術，研發與優化覆蓋中心管理、操作裝卸、中轉運輸、客户服務和網絡管理等業務環節的各項子系統，細化管控顆粒度至崗位、人員等最小業務單元，推進全業務場景信息化。公司構建邏輯、標準統一的數據倉庫和數據治理，實現數據統一化、指標標準化、模型體系化，並積極打造和融合管理駕駛艙、網點管家、客户管家等移動化數字平台，推進信息互聯互通、功能應用同步，實時轉化和輸出業務環節指標數據，快件時效、服務質量、中轉運輸、分揀操作、快件配送等業務全程實現數據化、可視化，為公司運營管理提供了實時數據支持和決策依據。同時，公司全面推進可視化、移動化管控終端應用，業務運營、快件流轉全流程實時可視可控，公司管理效率明顯提升。
通過數字化、移動化、可視化工具的打造和運用，公司逐步重構業務流程和管理制度，服務質量、成本管控、網絡管理等具備有效抓手，日常監控直達責任業務單元，管控邊界進一步延伸，各業務節點管理更加主動、科學、高效。
報告期內，公司持續推進組織和管理變革，在強有力的組織保障體系下，完善服務質量績效評價和考核指標，加快信息化工具融合應用，深化服務質量科學管控，通過提升時效、改善體驗和增強粘性等重要舉措全面推進服務質量戰略再升級，夯實市場核心競爭力，打造差異化競爭新格局，促進市場深度拓展。
