格隆匯 8 月 26日丨德林國際(01126.HK)發佈中期業績,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司持續經營業務實現收入16.30億港元,同比增長2.42%;公司股權持有人應占溢利8744.8萬港元,同比減少22.23%;每股盈利0.129港元;擬派中期股息每股2港仙。
於2020年6月30日,集團共經營21間廠房,其中四間位於中國及17間位於越南,平均使用率約為69.6%。位於越南寧平省的廠房已於今年第二季度施工完畢,現已開始營運。位於越南的17間廠房中,其中兩間廠房是用於新收購的防水布罩業務。
此外,於2020年6月30日,集團財務狀況維持穩健,現金及現金等價物以及銀行存款達5.456億港元。
