寧德時代(300750.SZ)：上半年淨利降7.86%至19.37億元
格隆匯 8 月 26日丨寧德時代(300750.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入188.29億元，同比下降7.08%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤19.37億元，同比下降7.86%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤13.77億元，同比下降24.30%；基本每股收益0.8833元。
報告期內，公司實現營業總收入同比下降7.08%，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降7.86%，主要系宏觀經濟受新冠病毒肺炎疫情衝擊、市場需求嚴重下滑，導致新能源汽車產銷量同比大幅下降，公司動力電池銷售收入減少。公司管理層緊緊圍繞既定的年度經營計劃開展各項工作，靈活應對市場及行業變化，採取多項有效措施推進復工復產，持續加強研發，加深與客户的合作溝通，加強成本管控、提升管理效率，儘可能降低疫情對公司生產經營的影響。隨着疫情得到有效控制，我國宏觀經濟與新能源汽車市場逐步恢復，公司各經營指標也逐步提升。
報告期內，公司各業務的主要經營情況如下：
(1)動力電池系統
動力電池系統銷售系公司主要收入來源。受新冠肺炎疫情影響，上半年國內新能源汽車產銷同比下滑。根據中汽研合格證數據統計，2020年上半年，國內新能源汽車產銷分別完成35萬輛和33.6萬輛，同比分別下降42%和44%；上半年動力電池裝機總量為17.5GWh，同比下降42%；上半年公司動力電池系統銷售收入為134.78億元，同比下降20.21%；但隨着疫情緩解和宏觀經濟逐步恢復，公司動力電池系統出貨量環比顯著提升。
(2)儲能系統
在儲能市場開始逐步啟動的背景下，公司持續加強研發投入，不斷提升產品性能以滿足不同客户的需求，完成了採用低鋰耗技術、長電芯循環壽命的電芯單體和相應系統平台產品的開發。報告期內，公司持續加大儲能業務的產品開發和市場推廣力度，公司儲能系統銷售收入為5.67億元，同比增長136.41%。公司海外首個儲能項目已在美國加州實現併網，前期儲能市場佈局及推廣逐步落地。
(3)鋰電池材料
受新冠肺炎疫情衝擊，2020年上半年國內動力電池裝機量同比下滑42%，鋰電池材料採購需求相應減少；同時部分鋰電池材料售價受金屬價格影響也同比有所下降；基於前述原因，報告期內公司鋰電池材料銷售收入為12.35億元，同比下降46.53%。
