格隆匯8月26日丨建中建設(00589.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司收益6.13億元人民幣,同比減少17.5%;期間淨利潤5254萬元,同比減少25%;每股盈利0.09元。
收益總體減少主要歸因於冠狀病毒疫情導致建築項目進度延遲。
截至2020年6月30日止六個月,公司已獲授43個新建築項目,合約總金額約人民幣4.9億元;及已完成75個建築工程項目,合約總金額約人民幣9.79億元。於2020年6月30日,集團手頭擁有103個項目(包括在建項目及已獲授但尚未動工的項目),尚未結算的合約價值約人民幣9.175億元。
