格隆匯 8 月 26日丨紅牆股份(002809.SZ)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入522,979,592.22元，較上年同期增長8.92%%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤70,999,731.07元，較上年同期增長16.63%，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤54,811,767.91元，較上年同期增長10.61%；擬每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)。
近年來，外加劑市場呈現市場份額繼續向行業內龍頭公司集中的趨勢。外加劑行業CR3的市場佔有率由2016年的5.23%提升到了2019年的12%。未來三到五年，預計仍將保持市場份額向龍頭企業集中的趨勢，行業龍頭公司在產能規模、銷售渠道佈局、配方個性化服務、資金實力、大企業間合作等方面具備更強的競爭優勢。具備服務全國市場的能力，技術實力強勁和資金雄厚的龍頭企業，通過自身生產技術的提高和更強的市場把控能力，可以實現市場份額的快速提升，CR3的銷售增長有望保持穩定的增長速度。
報告期內，在面對新冠疫情的不利影響，公司一季度復工復產受限，在一季度混凝土外加劑營收負增長的情形下，公司二季度迅速復工復產，在公司全體同仁的努力下，公司上半年混凝土外加劑業務實現營業收入462,263,981.16元，較上年同期增長7.35%。
報告期內，公司繼續加大對銷售人才及各類人才的引進力度。截止2020年6月30日，公司員工總數達806人，較2019年年末增長30.63%，其中銷售人員較2019年年末增長42.72%。同時，根據不同的區域市場特性輔之出台相應的銷售人才激勵制度並根據實際情況及時有效調整激勵制度，更加有力的激發了銷售人員市場開拓的積極性。報告期內，公司在湖南省長沙市設立全資子公司，開拓華中市場，繼續完善全國生產基地佈局。2020年上半年，公司在西南地區實現營收89,687,913.34元，同比增長52.01%，佔公司營業收入的17.15%。新開拓市場的業績貢獻隨着全國市場布局的不斷深入正逐步顯現。
