紅牆股份(002809.SZ)：擬向銀行申請不超10億綜合授信
格隆匯 8 月 26日丨紅牆股份(002809.SZ)公告，為滿足公司及子公司生產經營及未來發展需要，公司擬向平安銀行股份有限公司廣州分行申請綜合授信，授信額度不超過4億元，授信額度使用範圍包括紅牆股份、廣東紅牆新材料銷售有限公司(以下簡稱“紅牆銷售”)、廣西紅牆新材料有限公司(以下簡稱“廣西紅牆”)、河北紅牆新材料有限公司(以下簡稱“河北紅牆”)；
公司擬向中國銀行股份有限公司惠州分行申請綜合授信，授信額度不超過3億元，授信額度使用範圍包括紅牆股份、紅牆銷售、廣西紅牆、河北紅牆、陝西紅牆新材料有限公司(以下簡稱“陝西紅牆”)、湖南紅牆新材料有限公司(以下簡稱“湖南紅牆”)、浙江紅牆材料科技有限公司(以下簡稱“浙江紅牆”)、四川紅牆新材料有限公司(以下簡稱“四川紅牆”)、深圳市紅牆投資有限公司(以下簡稱“深圳紅牆”)；
公司擬向中國工商銀行股份有限公司博羅支行申請綜合授信，授信額度不超過1億元。
本次銀行授信內容包括流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、保函、保理、商票貼現、商票保貼、商票質押開銀承、國內信用證、進口信用證等業務。綜合授信期限不超過一年，最終授信額度及融資品種以銀行審批為準。
公司擬向中國建設銀行股份有限公司博羅支行申請綜合授信，授信額度不超過2億元。本次銀行授信內容包括流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、保函、保理、商票貼現、商票保貼、商票質押開銀承、國內信用證、進口信用證、供應鏈融資等業務。綜合授信期限不超過兩年，最終授信額度及融資品種以銀行審批為準。
在上述額度範圍內，當紅牆銷售、廣西紅牆、河北紅牆使用平安銀行股份有限公司廣州分行授信額度時，公司將為其提供連帶責任保證，擔保期限以與銀行實際簽訂的擔保文件為準，具體擔保金額以實際發生額為準。當紅牆銷售、廣西紅牆、河北紅牆、陝西紅牆、湖南紅牆、浙江紅牆、四川紅牆、深圳紅牆使用中國銀行股份有限公司惠州分行授信額度時，公司將為其提供連帶責任保證，擔保期限以與銀行實際簽訂的擔保文件為準，具體擔保金額以實際發生額為準。提請公司董事會授權公司管理層在上述額度範圍內簽署相關合同文件及其他法律文件。
