《公司业绩》瑞安房地产(00272.HK)半年核心溢利1.17亿人币减少93% 不派息
瑞安房地产(00272.HK)公布截至今年6月底止中期业绩,营业额16.45亿元,按年跌82.1%。盈转亏蚀17.88亿元,上年同期赚15.35亿元;每股亏损22.3仙。核心溢利为1.17亿元人民币,按年减少93%。
上半年合约物业销售额按年增长82%,至62.22亿元人民币。截至6月30日,集团的已认购销售总额为92.01亿元人民币,将於2020年下半年及之後转化为收入及现金所得款项。商业物业组合方面,零售物业於2020年7月的整体同店销售额已回升至2019年同期的90%以上。
公司指,经考虑期内集团的财务状况及2019冠状病毒病的持续不确定性,决定不派中期股息。
