野村:降粵海投資(0270.HK)目標價至16.3港元 維持買入評級
野村發表研究報告指,粵海投資(0270.HK)上半年純利按年跌9.4%至26.96億元,中期息按年增長2%至17.64仙,惟較該行預期今年將增長6%為遜色,維持其買入評級,但將目標價由17.5港元,下調6.9%至16.3港元,主要反映水利工程建設令資本開支增加。
野村認為,隨著疫情消退及經濟活動正常化後,下半年樓市預售及交付將重獲動力。另外,中國水務項目將繼續成為公司有機增長引擎,其中建築工程快速增長足以證明。公司在第二季簽訂很多特許經營協議,總投資額達17.33億人民幣,預期建成後可快速提高其供水及污水處理能力分別5.6%及2.4%。
該行將粵海投資今、明兩年每股盈利預測由0.75港元及0.87港元,分別上調至0.86港元及0.93港元。
