JS環球生活(01691.HK)中期經調整母公司擁有人應占純利升230.4%至1.09億美元
格隆匯 8 月 25日丨JS環球生活(01691.HK)公佈，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，實現收入15.15億美元，同比增加22.6%；毛利6.62億美元，同比增長43.2%；EBITDA達2.5億美元，同比增長117%；經調整EBITDA達2.35億美元，同比增長61.1%；經調整母公司擁有人應占純利1.09億美元，同比增長230.4%；歸屬於母公司擁有人的純利8177.7萬美元，同比增長32.43倍；基本每股收益2.5美仙。
期內，SharkNinja分部所得收入8.9億美元(2019年：6.64億美元)，同比上升約34.2%，佔集團總收入約58.8%；九陽分部所得收入6.24億美元(2019年：5.72億美元)，同比上升約9.1%，佔集團總收入約41.2%。
SharkNinja分部錄得收入增長乃由於在2019年下半年及2020年上半年成功推出新品、持續在歐洲及日本拓展國際市場及產品組合的市場推廣策略成功。高端導航掃地機器人和加熱廚房電器新品自2019節慶期間推出後一直大受消費者歡迎。再者，COVID-19改變消費者行為，助力清潔品類以及烹飪品類實現進一步增長。
九陽分部收入增長主要受益於集團推出新產品、在疫情期間於線上渠道的優勢，適時推出滿足消費者生活、烹飪及清潔需求的一系列創新及萌潮產品，並進一步拓寬核心產品主銷價位段。同時，隨着九陽與SharkNinja協同效應的不斷提升以及Shark品牌本土化策略的實施，九陽2020年上半年清潔電器的銷售貢獻也穩步提升。
毛利率為43.7%，較截至2019年6月30日止6個月37.4%大幅提升6.3個百分點。毛利率的提升主要由於上半年錄得一筆在之前期間確認入賬為關税開支的3810萬美元關税退税，且北美及歐洲市場產品組合優化，包括推出掃地機器人，掃地機器人的毛利率較去年同期更高，加上市場對我們產品的需求強勁，我們得以有更多產品以正價而非推廣價出售。
九陽分部的毛利率由截至2019年6月30日止6個月的33.9%下跌至截至2020年6月30日止6個月的33.1%，主要由於產品組合轉變。
SharkNinja分部的毛利於截至2020年6月30日止6個月增長69.7%，毛利率則由截至2019年6月30日止6個月的40.4%大幅提升至截至2020年6月30日止6個月的51.1%。毛利率增加乃主要由於上半年錄得一筆在之前期間確認入賬為關税開支的3810萬美元關税退税，且北美及歐洲市場產品組合優化，包括推出掃地機器人，掃地機器人的毛利率較去年同期更高，加上市場對公司產品的需求強勁，公司得以有更多產品以正價而非推廣價出售。排除關税退税的影響，SharkNinja於截至2020年6月30日止6個月的毛利率為46.9%。
