格隆匯 8 月 25日丨王氏國際(00099.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止6個月,公司實現收益14.389億港元,同比下降29.09%;公司擁有人應占虧損6.13億港元,上年同期公司擁有人應占利潤2.46億港元;基本每股虧損1.28港元。
公司擁有人應占虧損為港幣6.13億元,主要由於集團及其合營企業持有的投資物業公允價值虧損港幣6.769億元。錄得公允價值虧損反映商業物業市況因2019冠狀病毒爆發而受到不利影響。此外,EMS部門利潤減少港幣1640萬元,因現時貿易關係緊張而導致需求減少及2019冠狀病毒爆發所致。
