海南發展(002163.SZ):擬向海南控股申請不超4億元借款用於流動資金週轉
格隆匯 8 月 25日丨海南發展(002163.SZ)公告,公司向控股股東海南省發展控股有限公司(以下簡稱“海南控股”)申請4億元借款用以滿足公司流動資金週轉。
根據《公司章程》相關規定,本次關聯交易事項還需提交股東大會審議。
海南控股向公司提供不超過人民幣4億元的資金援助,期限3年(具體期限以合同約定為準),貸款年利率不高於公司向其他金融機構同期貸款年利率。
公司向海南控股支付的利息及手續費累計三年預計費用不超過5000萬元。
