駱駝股份(601311.SH)控股股東7267萬股質押延期購回
格隆匯8月25日丨駱駝股份(601311.SH)公佈,近日,公司接到控股股東劉國本關於股票質押式回購交易延期購回的通知,獲悉其質押給中信建投的4448.86萬股、2818.14萬股公司股票購回交易日分別變更為2021年7月22日、7月30日,相關手續已於2020年8月21日辦理完成。
公司控股股東劉國本持有公司股份數量2.94億股,佔公司總股本的26.24%。本次股票質押延期購回後,劉國本累計質押公司股份1.37億股,佔其持有公司股份總數的46.59%,佔公司總股本的12.23%。
