中信證券(06030.HK)上半年實現歸母淨利89.26億元 同比增長38.47%
格隆匯 8 月 24日丨中信證券(06030.HK)發佈2020年中期業績公告，2020年上半年，集團實現總收入及其他收入人民幣347.08億元，同比增長22.24%，其中，經紀業務實現收入人民幣86.32億元，同比增長26.13%；資產管理業務實現收入人民幣41.13億元，同比增長27.61%；證券交易業務實現收入人民幣143.64億元，同比增長37.53%；投資銀行業務實現收入人民幣22.10億元，同比增長36.17%；其他業務實現收入人民幣53.89億元，同比下降13.91%。2020年上半年，集團營業費用為人民幣229.26億元，同比增長16.01%。
2020年上半年，集團實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤人民幣89.26億元，同比增長38.47%；實現基本每股收益人民幣0.70元，同比增長32.08%；加權平均淨資產收益率5.07%，同比增加了0.96個百分點。
截至2020年6月30日，集團資產總額為人民幣9,750.39億元，較上年度末增加人民幣1,833.17億元，增長23.15%；扣除代理買賣證券款後，集團資產總額為人民幣7,889.49億元，較上年度末增加人民幣1,205.78億元，增長18.04%。截至2020年6月30日，集團負債總額為人民幣7,950.40億元，較上年度末增加人民幣1,687.68億元，增長26.95%；扣除代理買賣證券款後，集團負債總額為人民幣6,089.50億元，較上年度末增加人民幣1,060.29億元，增長21.08%。
2020年上半年，境內股權融資方面，隨着註冊制改革深入推進，公司加大科創板等IPO客户覆蓋力度，截至報告期末，公司完成IPO項目6單，合計發行規模人民幣99.81億元，市場份額佔比7.2%。《上市公司證券發行管理辦法》修訂後，公司針對定向增發重點佈局。2020年上半年，公司完成13單現金類定向增發項目，合計發行規模人民幣142.85億元，市場份額佔比11.25%；完成8單資產類定向增發項目，合計發行規模人民幣805.72億元，市場份額佔比35.05%。公司積極拓展可轉債、優先股等業務機會。同時，公司不斷加強項目全流程質量管理和風險控制，鞏固提升綜合競爭優勢。
2020年上半年，公司完成A股主承銷項目52單，主承銷金額人民幣1,317.49億元(含資產類定向增發)，同比增長7%，市場份額20.31%，排名市場第一。其中，IPO主承銷項目6單，主承銷金額人民幣99.81億元；再融資主承銷項目46單，主承銷金額人民幣1,217.68億元。
