格隆匯8月24日丨海峽股份(002320.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，報告期內，公司實現營業收入5.69億元，同比下降12.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.75億元，同比下降2.27%；經營活動現金淨流入1.84億元，同比下降23.55%；基本每股收益0.1178元。
公司主要經營海口至海安、海口至北海客滾運輸航線、海口(三亞)至西沙旅遊客運航線以及新海港和秀英港輪渡港口服務業務。
海安航線：報告期內，受疫情影響該航線運輸市場同比下降，各月的流量和往年起伏差別較大。2月受疫情影響車客流量大幅度下降，3月份疫情逐漸緩解瓜菜出島運量恢復，“五一”小車過海免費政策刺激下，5月份收入高於上年同期水平。該航線2019年10月開始實施“班輪化”運輸模式。疫情影響和運輸模式的改變，對公司的生產經營帶來了較大的挑戰。公司積極應對外部經營條件的變化，通過發揮港航一體協同優勢、細化管理、提高船舶運營管理效率，在收入同比下降4.21%的情況下，毛利率同比增長了1.19%。該航線營業收入佔營業總收入的75.91%，同比上升6.46%。
西沙航線：報告期內，該航線受疫情影響最大，從2月開始停航至今，復航時間待定。該航線的收入來源為遊客，因此收入同比大幅度下降，下降了80.14%，毛利率下降135.37%。該航線營業收入佔營業總收入的1.86%，同比下降6.36%。
北海航線：報告期內，該航線受疫情影響，2-4月停航。該航線的乘客主要為遊客，所以受疫情影響也較大，收入同比下降81.22%，毛利率同比下降376.28%。該航線營業收入佔營業總收入的0.50%，同比下降1.85%。
港口服務：報告期內，受疫情影響，港口業務同比下降4.18%，由於細化管理，毛利率同比下降1.51%。港口營業收入佔營業總收入的20.90%，同比上升1.79%。
