中聯重科(01157.HK)上半年各項減值準備4.9億人幣
中聯重科(01157.HK)公布,公司各項減值準備上半年合計計提4.90億元人民幣(下同),其中應收賬款計提壞賬準備3.52億元,其他應收款計提壞賬準備0.58億元,長期應收款計提壞賬準備0.34億元;存貨跌價準備計提0.46億元。剔除外幣報表折算差異影響,本次發生的資產減值準備影響當期損益(稅前)共計4.9億元。
另外,為適應公司經營發展需要,優化公司管理架構,減少管理層級,降低管理成本,整合公司業務資源,公司擬對全資附屬公司安徽中聯重科土方機械進行吸收合併。
