MI能源(01555.HK)上半年預虧約7.5億至9億元
格隆匯8月24日丨MI能源(01555.HK)發佈公告,根據董事會目前掌握的資料(包括對集團截至2020年6月30日止六個月最新未經審核管理賬目的初步評估),預期集團錄得虧損淨額較2019年同期顯著增加。
報告期內,估計虧損淨額預計介乎約人民幣7.5億元及人民幣9億元之間,主要歸因於以下因素:(1)原油價格大幅下跌導致集團中國業務實現的石油銷售淨收益下降。與2019年上半年相比,集團中國業務於期內的平均實現油價下跌約17美元╱桶。(2)由於原油價格於2020年上半年大幅下跌,集團於中國的不動產、工廠及設備以及無形資產產生預期減值虧損。
應公司要求,公司股份已自2020年4月1日起於聯交所暫停買賣,並將繼續暫停買賣直至另行通知為止。
