美吉姆(002621.SZ):完成出售三壘科技100%股權
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨美吉姆(002621.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年7月6日召開的第五屆董事會第十九次會議及2020年7月22日召開的2020年第二次臨時股東大會,審議通過了《關於出售大連三壘科技有限公司100%股權暨關聯交易的議案》,同意將全資子公司大連三壘科技有限公司(“三壘科技”)100%的股權以人民幣24857.79萬元的價格轉讓給俞建模和金秉鐸。
截至公告日,交易雙方已完成三壘科技的工商變更登記手續,此次工商變更完成後公司已不再持有三壘科技股權。
