昇興股份(002752.SZ)：上半年業績盈轉虧至4153.17萬元
格隆匯 8 月 21日丨昇興股份(002752.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入9.78億元，同比增長0.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4153.17萬元，上年同期盈利2996.59萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損5050.16萬元，上年同期盈利2170.09萬元；基本每股虧損0.0498元。
公司上半年出現虧損原因主要是：2020年上半年受新冠肺炎疫情影響，終端市場的客户消費需求動能不足，客户的訂單相對延後(到目前為止，客户的訂單在逐步的恢復過程中)，單位固定成本對比去年同期相對偏高，使得公司毛利率比去年同期有所下降，從而導致公司2020年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤對比去年同期下降較多。另外，公司對非同一控制下併購控股子公司温州博德科技有限公司所形成的包含商譽的相關資產組計提商譽減值準備1808.53萬元，相應減少了公司2020年半年度合併報表歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1808.53萬元。
2020上半年新冠肺炎疫情的爆發，給企業尤其生產製造為主的企業的正常生產運營帶來不小挑戰，防控疫情同時又要保障有序復工復產，壓力明顯。同時疫情衝擊下，消費場景和物流運輸受阻，快消品終端需求短期下滑明顯，導致下游客户訂單延緩，企業面臨成本剛性但需求不足的兩難境地,業績下滑明顯。而2020年上半年社會商品零售總額增速已經從一季度的下滑19%放緩至下滑11.4%，説明二季度出台的通過發行消費券等一系列對衝政策已經開始奏效。進入下半年，面對全球疫情擴大化衝擊，國家適時提出以拉動內需為主的“國內大循環”新格局，着力打通國內生產、分配、流通、消費的各個環節，從擴容提質的角度來促進更高品質的消費和新消費形成，快消品行業終端需求將重新步入穩定增長通道。當前下游品牌企業均已有序復工復產，公司各板塊業務訂單也正在快速恢復中。
