金管局调查发现逾八成受访银行计划未来5年增加对人工智能投资
金管局与香港货币及金融研究中心及其他合作机构就银行业采用人工智能共同进行研究计划,旨在评估香港银行业采用人工智能的现况,以及人工智能对银行合规与监管的影响。
调查结果显示,香港的银行在所有主要的职能范围均采用了人工智能。超过80%的受访银行以采用人工智能作为提升效率及加强风险管理的一种方式。银行亦对应用人工智能的前景感到乐观,约80%的受访银行计划在未来5年内增加对人工智能的投资。
金管局高级助理总裁兼香港货币及金融研究中心副主席刘应彬表示,乐见银行业对采用人工智能持积极态度。
