國泰君安國際攜手蔚來與寧德時代，助力新能源汽車電池行業創新發展

2020年8月20日，國泰君安國際(01788.HK)宣佈，集團將攜手蔚來汽車(NIO.US)、寧德時代(300750.SZ)和湖北省科技投資集團有限公司(“湖北科投”)三家企業，共同助力新能源汽車電池產業的創新發展，以行動落實、響應國家以金融支持實體經濟的政策，同時將支持武漢蔚能電池資產有限公司(“蔚能”)，推動“車電分離”在新能源汽車行業的發展，推出電池租用服務BaaS(Battery as a Service)。

助力創新
做優做強後突破發展
作為蔚能的首輪參與者，國泰君安國際表示：新能源汽車行業是國家重點政策發展方向，隨着車電分離車型比例將逐步增加，蔚能的前景將是一片藍海。
近年來集團在發展策略上審時度勢，堅持在做優、做強的基礎上突破發展。2020年上半年，儘管疫情影響着全球經營環境和經濟增長，但公司財務狀況和資產負債表取得實質性的提升。
在高科技與創新行業的驅動下，中國經濟發展蹄疾而步穩。國泰君安國際通過此次合作，積極響應國家“以金融支持實體經濟”政策，以實際行動助力相關政策的落地和執行，促進新能源汽車電池行業的持續和健康的發展。與此同時，集團希望通過參與更多優質、稀有、且有潛力的項目，為客户帶來更豐富的產品組合，亦在中長期促進集團企業融資和財富管理的蓬勃發展及各業務間的有機協同。

以蔚來為基礎
武漢蔚能電池資產公司是基於發展“換電“與”車電分離”業務模式的電池資產管理公司，蔚能以蔚來品牌為依託，計劃逐步將業務擴展至所有電動車品牌。新能源汽車是國家政策支持項目，2019年末以來，國家出台一系列政策鼓勵“換電模式”，今年的政府工作報告中亦重點強調加強新型基礎設施建設，增加充電樁、換電站等設施。
電池租用服務
Battery as a Service
電池租用服務 BaaS提供了車電分離、電池租用、可充可換可升級的全面服務，是技術與商業模式的突破式創新，指用户在購車時不需購買電池包，根據自身實際使用需求選擇租用不同容量的電池包，按月支付服務費，並且和電池購買用户一樣，可享受換電服務和電池靈活升級服務。
