民銀資本(01141.HK)保薦、併購及承銷業務穩定增長
民銀資本控股有限公司(及其附屬公司，以下簡稱“民銀資本”；01141.HK)近年來在投行業務中穩步增長，成為香港資本市場上一匹亮眼的黑馬。自2017年下旬取得牌照以來，民銀資本逐步開展了港股保薦、併購顧問及股票承銷三大業務板塊，近年來一直穩紮穩打，在香港資本市場環境充滿挑戰的2020年中依然表現出色。
高效取得保薦牌照 迅速發展團隊及業務
有關業務的高管及主管於2017年9月加入民銀資本，在同月底便高效的為民銀資本取得保薦牌照，並迅速鋪開業務。民銀資本保薦業務的核心骨幹均曾就職於其他大型投行，擁有紮實的專業知識和豐富的實戰經驗，並參與過多個大型項目的上市保薦工作。正是這樣專業的團隊，保障了項目的執行效率，使民銀資本在取得保薦牌照後僅8個月就遞交了作為獨家保薦人的主板申請的第一單，並在隨後4個月左右的時間實現了該項目的成功上市, 這樣的成果使民銀資本在項目執行效率上成功躋身香港投行之前列。
IPO保薦業務穩步發展
從2017年下旬取得保薦牌照以來，民銀資本已有5個保薦項目遞交上市申請，並都順利在香港聯交所主板掛牌，成功保薦的項目呈現多元化，包括新經濟、零售、拍賣、製造業等；值得提及的是，於2019年12月31日掛牌的赤子城科技取得了公開發售超額1400倍的亮眼成績，成為2019年所有主板上市企業中的“超額認購王”。2020年，在新冠疫情及中美關係等多重不利因素的影響下，民銀資本迎難而上，於年初完成了奇士達控股的成功上市，並遞交美佳音控股及嘉泓物流的主板上市申請。
併購顧問和股票承銷業務嶄露頭角
隨着上市業務的迅速鋪開，併購顧問和股票承銷業務也取得了顯著的發展。在2019年底保薦赤子城科技成功上市後，公司在2020年獲赤子城科技委任為併購項目的財務顧問，成功協助赤子城科技併購了一間社交串流應用程序開發及運營公司，顯示出客户對民銀資本專業能力的高度認可。
在承銷方面，憑藉着強大的客户網絡及豐富的經驗，民銀資本向客户提供多元化的銷售渠道，其中包括國內外的高淨值投資者、機構投資者和散户投資者，為發行營造了更有利的發行條件，也挖掘了無限的需求潛力。在2019年，民銀資本作為承銷商參與了浦江國際、達力普控股、赤子城科技等項目的成功發行。2020年至今，民銀資本再接再厲，作為承銷商成功發行了11個項目，除了保薦項目奇士達控股，還包括永泰生物製藥、驢跡科技及嘉燃集團等項目，成績卓越。
