中期業績受惠收益大幅上升，應占核心溢利升19% 憑藉“一體兩翼”戰略 上半年繼續增購優質土地
格隆匯8月20日丨中駿集團控股(01966.HK)公佈截至2020年6月30日止的中期業績。
受惠於過去三年的銷售高速增長，截至2020年6月30日止六個月，中駿集團錄得收益約人民幣151億元，按年大幅上升45%。確認物業銷售收入約人民幣147億元，實現交付的物業面積約197萬平方米，同比分別增長46%及109%。毛利率為27.9%，溢利較去年同期上升15%至約人民幣25億元。母公司擁有人應占核心溢利增長19%至約人民幣18億元。每股基本盈利約人民幣50.6分。於2020年6月30日，中駿集團淨負債比率維持在市場較低的68.3%，而期內平均融資成本保持平穩於6.7%。為回饋股東支持，董事會建議派發中期股息每股港幣11仙，較去年同期增長10%。
雖然2020年上半年受新型冠狀肺炎疫情的影響，但中央政府為此採取積極的財政政策及適度從寬的貨幣政策，以保持市場流動性，刺激經濟。隨着中國疫情自三月起初步受控，購房者置業信心逐步改善，加上多地政府從供給兩側推出更多扶持政策，積壓的購房需求得以釋放，中駿集團把握疫情期間所儲下的購買力，加大在第二季度的推盤力度，加速去化及回籠資金。期內，中駿集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司實現合同銷售金額約人民幣401億元，合同銷售面積約273萬平方米，按年分別上升8%及減少8%，並於期內完成了全年銷售目標的43%。
期內，中駿集團憑藉堅實的業務基礎和“一體兩翼”戰略，砥礪奮進，推動業務取得穩定增長。上半年合共新增10幅土地，分佈在8個城市，其中包括廈門、福州、濰坊及許昌中駿集團公佈2020年中期業績2020年8月19日等城市，地上總可建面積約為332萬平方米。其中8幅土地為一體兩翼戰略下購入的土地，新增6個FUNWORLD世界城購物中心和2個FUNLIVE方隅長租公寓項目。於2020年6月30日，中駿集團土地儲備的總規劃建築面積為3,303萬平方米，分佈於54個城市。
中駿集團主席黃朝陽先生表示：“銷售策略方面，我們要求各項目公司透徹理解市場和顧客需求，把握內在規律和邏輯，確保做出正確判斷和決策。中駿集團下半年計劃於海峽西岸經濟圈、環渤海經濟圈及中西部地區推出大量新盤，以改善型住房為主。在充足均衡的可售資源下，中駿集團有信心完成年初訂立的930億元全年合同銷售目標。”
