相比於2019年同期投資物業及按公平值透過損益記賬的金融資產公平值上升,溢利下降主要由於截至2020年6月30日止6個月投資物業及按公平值透過損益記賬的金融資產公平值下滑所致。
此外,由於按公平值透過其他綜合收益記賬的金融資產公平值下滑,相比於2019年同期錄得上升,集團其他綜合收益於截至2020年6月30日止6個月錄得減少。
