太和控股(00718.HK)发盈警,预计6月止六个月收益将较2019年同期的1,600万元减少逾60%;及除税前亏损大幅增加逾600%,上同期税前亏损约900万元。主要由於采矿权的减值亏损增加逾5,000万元;预期信贷亏损模式下的减值亏损净额不超过1,400万元;其他收益转为其他亏损不超过1,400万元;雇员福利开支及其他经营开支合共减少约3,100万元;并无投资物业公允值变动;及财务成本减少不超过400万元。
