合康新能(300048.SZ)：上半年業績盈轉虧至1.52億元
格隆匯 8 月 19日丨合康新能(300048.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入4.9億元，同比下降4.13%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.52億元，上年同期盈利2881.69萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損1.5億元，上年同期盈利2964.73萬元；基本每股虧損0.14元。
公司創建於2003年，是一家專業從事工業自動化控制和新能源裝備的高新技術企業。2010年1月20日公司成功在深圳證券交易所創業板掛牌上市後，公司形象、品牌知名度、內部管理水平等都有了較大程度的提高。得益於上市後的資源優勢，公司不斷增強自身核心競爭力，市場地位和市場份額得到提升，創造了良好市場業績及市場口碑。並通過一系列併購整合，使公司不斷髮展壯大，業務逐步涵蓋了工業自動化、新能源汽車、節能環保等領域，進入發展“快車道”。但是近幾年，隨着經濟環境的變化，以及公司自身的發展放緩，業績不及預期。
高壓變頻器行業領先：公司繼續專注於公司高壓變頻器產品業務的穩健發展，年初的疫情並沒有澆滅高壓變頻器銷售團隊努力開拓市場的決心，儘管變頻器行業競爭激烈，價格戰趨勢愈演愈烈，但公司繼續保持在高壓變頻器行業的領先地位。上半年訂單金額2.47億元，比去年同期增長11.12%；
中低壓變頻器奮起直追：相比於高壓變頻器，中低壓變頻器市場空間更大。公司整合各方資源，拓展中低壓變頻器產業，努力提高市場份額；同時繼續發揮現有的品牌優勢和技術優勢，增強客户的品牌忠誠度，加快中低壓變頻器的發展。2020年上半年中低壓訂單金額為1.81億元，比去年同期增長21.16%。
伺服系統重點發展：伺服系統是工業自動化的基礎，公司將圍繞工業自動化重點發展，加大研發投入和市場開發力度，提升技術實力和市場佔有率，逐步替代進口產品。2020年上半年公司伺服驅動系統訂單數量為7,839.78萬元，比去年同期增長4.18%。
公司新能源汽車業務主要位於武漢合康基地，上半年受疫情影響，復工復產推遲，上下游企業亦均有開工延遲情況。2020年上半年，新能源汽車總成配套及運營產業訂單金額為4305.47萬元，比去年同期減少26.36%。
節能環保項目建設及運營產業，本報告期內子公司華泰潤達業績下降，主要原因是受疫情影響，工程類項目停滯，訂單數量大幅下降。2020年上半年節能環保項目建設及運營產業訂單共計214萬元，比去年同期減少92.75%。
