融科控股(02323.HK)預計中期虧損額將減少15%至約3.5億港元
格隆匯 8 月 19日丨融科控股(02323.HK)公佈,集團預期於截至2020年6月30日止6個月期間內的綜合税前虧損額將減少15%至約3.50億港元,而2019年同期則錄得税前虧損額約4.13億港元。
董事會認為預期虧損額主要源自於在有關期間內:集團所持按公平值計入損益的上市證券負上市價變動產生重大公平值虧損;當前環球資本市場動盪不安及2019冠狀病毒病爆發所產生的負面影響,以致財務投資分類業務及金融服務分類業務的市值下降而產生減值虧損;及集團提供的財務資助因逾期未能收回而進行訴訟所導致的嚴重減值撥備。
