暑假體驗課程學生人次大增91.4% 思考樂教育(01769.HK)中期純利升38.4% 中期息0.06港元
格隆匯8月19日丨思考樂教育(01769.HK)公告，截至2020年6月30日止半年度，公司收入3.26億元人民幣，同比增長10.2%；經營溢利6665.8萬元，同比增長30.3%；期間溢利4632.3萬元，同比增長38.4%；每股盈利8.34分，中期股息每股0.06港元。
收益增加主要由於入讀學生總人次及輔導課時數增加，主要原因為集團的學習中心總數由上年同期的64個增加至期間的127個；及常規課程每個輔導課時平均學費由上年同期的人民幣79.8元增加至期間的人民幣83.6元。
作為廣東省前五大K-12課外教育服務提供商之一，雖然集團於年初亦受到新冠病毒疫情的影響，但集團整個團隊上下一心，迅速應變，成功於短時間內把全部線下課程轉為線上授課，並採取“原老師，原學生，原課程，原內容”的教學方式，令公司的業務於疫情期間仍然保持穩定增長。
公告顯示，公司的學習中心數目從2019年12月31日的100所增加至2020年6月30日的127所。於2020年6月，集團亦將其業務拓展至廣州並在汕頭推出思考樂網校，令集團所涵蓋的城市增加至九個（包括深圳、廣州、東莞、佛山、惠州、中山、江門、汕頭及廈門），逐步擴大其在本省的市場份額及影響力。
截至2020年6月30日止6個月，集團的輔導課時由去年同期的370.4萬個課時增長5.1%至389.4萬個課時。此外，集團平均每課時收費由上年同期的人民幣79.8元增長4.8%至期間的人民幣83.6元每課時，逐步提升集團的收入及盈利水平。
公司表示，集團將繼續加強於大灣區的戰略發展部署，通過在深圳、東莞、佛山及惠州取得的成功經驗，集團已經把多個城市作戰的管理和運行方式，跨城市作戰的人才梯隊構建機制，客户滿意度和黏性快速複製到廣州、江門及中山等新城市的試點，集團欣然宣佈其得到了初步的成功。下一步集團會加對大灣區和整個廣東省的佈局和滲透。同時集團會以廣東作為集團未來奔跑的起點和基地，將過去於深圳、東莞、佛山及惠州等取得的成功，以及公司累積十多年經驗和身經百戰的團隊，複製及輸出到全國的更多地區。
隨着疫情漸趨穩定，集團所有的線下學習中心已經於今年6月份全面復課。同時間，公司迅速把握因疫情為行業帶來的整合機會，全體管理層、校長及老師全力聚焦暑假導流的工作，並取得了理想的成績。今年暑假體驗課程整體學生人次比去年同期增加91.4%，而深圳以外的城市的同比增長更大幅增加215.0%，為公司帶來一個強大的學生基礎。
