國發股份(600538.SH):上半年淨虧損380萬元
格隆匯 8 月 19日丨國發股份(600538.SH)披露半年報,2020年上半年度,公司實現營業收入1.17億元,比上年同期增加4.87%,實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-380萬元。虧損的主要原因是:
(1)公司醫藥流通企業北海醫藥、欽州醫藥,受疫情影響,營業收入較上年同期減少6%,醫藥流通業務利潤降低。
(2)公司全資子公司北京香雅公司與宿遷新星康復體檢有限公司合作的江蘇宿遷醫學影像中心項目,由於宿遷康復醫院是新開業的醫院,其診療量不大,受疫情影響,無法順利開拓市場增加業務量,項目處於虧損狀態。
(3)公司應收賬款部分客户回款期延長,預期產生的信用損失風險增加,計提的信用減值損失增加。
(4)公司啟動重大資產重組,按重組進度向中介機構支付中介費,費用增加。
(5)公司入夥的華大共贏基金,因其投入的項目未產生收益,本期虧損。
