遠大中國(02789.HK)預計中期淨虧不超2.5億元
格隆匯 8 月 19日丨遠大中國(02789.HK)發佈公告,集團預期錄得截至2020年6月30日止六個月期間的公司股東應占淨損失約為人民幣2.50億元或以下,而2019年同期公司股東應占虧損為人民幣5970萬元。
公告稱,該期間的業績下降主要由於突如其來的新型冠狀病毒疫情同時影響中國、美國、英國、歐盟及世界其他主要國家等多個國家。多個國家採取的隔離及暫時封鎖措施,導致建築項目的暫時停工或延期。集團將繼續密切監測COVID-19疫情局勢,並會高度重視現金流管理,綜合現有資源及積極調整經營計劃,以確保平穩渡過困難時期併為疫情過後的業務恢復做好充分準備。
