天奇股份(002009.SZ)聯手騰訊雲共建汽車製造工業雲平台
格隆匯8月19日丨天奇股份(002009.SZ)宣佈，公司與騰訊雲於近日簽署《共建共推汽車製造工業雲平台的框架協議》，雙方決定就共建共推智慧工業服務雲平台進行全方位合作，實現資源共享、優勢互補。協議的主要內容為：
1、汽車製造工業雲平台的搭建、雲計算、AI大數據分析等信息化融合，汽車製造工業互聯網等內容由騰訊雲計算(北京)有限責任公司實施。
2、汽車行業製造工業雲平台的運維，智慧工業服務平台(TSP)及基礎層MRO(Maintenance, Repair & Operations)工業服務相關內容由天奇自動化工程股份有限公司及控股的江蘇天慧科技開發有限公司運營與實施。
3、雙方抽調技術骨幹，組合智能製造專業團隊，共同完成各汽車製造行業內智慧工廠及智能項目的技術方案，共同拓展業務，為企業提質增效提供原動力和價值增益，共建汽車製造行業智慧工業服務生態，聯合打造汽車製造工業服務雲基地，聚焦國家級、省市級工業互聯網專家資源，定期舉辦大型研討會和現場會，形成產學研融合發展的新業態，落實國家工業信息化的產業政策，實現產業智能化轉型的發展要求。
4、充分發揮騰訊雲在雲計算、大數據、物聯網、移動支付、社交網絡、人工智能、區塊鏈以及智能製造領域的資源優勢和服務能力，推動跨界融合創新；發揮天奇股份在製造裝備行業近40年的設計、製造、運維優勢，共同推廣汽車相關產業成功案例資源。
5、聯合打造汽車製造行業工業互聯網、大數據行業標杆。
戰略合作方騰訊雲是騰訊集團傾力打造的雲計算品牌，面向全世界各個國家和地區的政府機構、企業組織和個人開發者，提供全球領先的雲計算、大數據、人工智能等技術產品與服務。該次公司與騰訊雲達成戰略合作，旨在充分發揮雙方在各自業務領域的技術專長和資源優勢。
公司表示，基於公司在智能裝備領域的行業資源和豐富的經驗優勢，以及公司所具備的諮詢、設計、製造及MRO工業服務等全流程集成服務能力，結合騰訊雲多年積累的互聯網服務及工業互聯網領域相關的經驗與資源，該次戰略合作將推動公司在工業互聯網領域的業務拓展，擴大公司在工業互聯網布局方向上的佔有率和服務落地，實現從傳統行業領域向“互聯網+工業”新型發展模式的轉變。
