在研產品取得重大進展 亞盛醫藥(06855.HK)中期虧損收窄49.6% 研發開支增加26.4%
格隆匯8月18日丨亞盛醫藥(06855.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止6個月，公司收益輕微增加13%至人民幣260萬元，虧損淨額減少49.6%至人民幣3.19億元，主要是由於集團的可轉換可贖回優先股因公允價值變動而產生虧損減少人民幣3.42億元。
期間研發開支由上年同期的人民幣1.99億元增加26.4%至人民幣2.515億元，主要是由於公司針對候選藥物進行更多臨牀試驗及研發人員數量增加。
截至2020年6月30日止6個月，公司持續在公司的在研產品管線上取得重大進展，包括以下里程碑及成就：公司已研發出包括八項處於臨牀階段的小分子候選藥物在內的豐富在研產品。公司的在研產品包括新型小分子候選藥物，該等候選藥物可破壞複雜且難以標靶的蛋白–蛋白相互作用（PPI），以及下一代酪氨酸激酶抑制劑（TKI）。截至2020年6月30日，公司正在美國、澳洲及中國進行超過40項I期或II期臨牀試驗。
公司繼續開發全球知識產權組合，並在全球範圍內擁有候選產品的授權專利或專利申請的獨佔許可。截至2020年6月30日，公司已在全球擁有96項授權專利及300餘項專利申請，其中約80項專利已在海外授權。
公司表示，公司致力於發現及開發同類首發及最優的創新療法，以解決全球未滿足的醫療需求。截至2020年6月30日，公司正於美國、澳洲及中國進行逾40項1期或II期臨牀試驗。此外，公司已於2020年6月向中國國家藥品監督管理局(NMPA)藥品審評中心(CDE)遞交HQP1351新藥申請(NDA)，以治療T315I突變體慢性期慢性骨髓白血病(CML)及加速期CML患者。此外，FDA已於2020年4月授予HQP1351孤兒藥資格認定(ODD)，用於治療CML，並獲得快速通道資格(FTD)，用於治療對現有TKIs治療失敗的特定基因標記的CML患者。此外，公司已獲得FDA批准，開始對CLL/SLL及WM患者進行關鍵候選藥物APG-2575單藥及與其他藥物聯合治療的Ib/II期臨牀試驗。公司亦在中國獲得批准，開始對AML及r/rCLL/SLL進行Ib/II期臨牀試驗。此外，FDA已於2020年7月授予APG-2575孤兒藥資格認定(ODD)，以治療WM。
憑藉公司在全球生物科技行業的豐富經驗，公司將加速推進公司高度差異化的新型臨牀產品管線中的八種候選藥物至下個臨牀階段，並在全球範圍內申請NDA。此外，公司將為公司的候選產品積極申請專利權，藉以擴大公司的知識產權佈局。就公司的各個臨牀項目而言，公司尋求將覆蓋範圍擴大到其他適應症，並就候選藥物獲取新用途專利。
