格隆匯 8 月 18日丨寶龍地產(01238.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年6月30日止六個月,集團收入約為人民幣171.70億元,較2019年同期上升約40.1%;公司擁有人應占利潤約為人民幣22.20億元,較2019年同期上升約23.1%;核心盈利約為人民幣28.92億元,較2019年同期上升約56.2%;公司擁有人應占核心盈利約為人民幣17.97億元,較2019年同期上升約44.3%;基本每股盈利53.6分;擬派中期股息每普通股港幣12分。

報告期內,集團錄得總收入較2019年同期增加約40.1%,主要是由於物業銷售收入增長所致。回顧期內,集團緊密符合其原定的竣工及交付時間表交付相應項目。截至2020年6月30日止六個月,物業銷售收入約為人民幣153.43億元,較2019年同期增加約46.2%,主要是由於住宅類物業交付增加所致。

報告期內,集團連同聯營公司及共同控制實體實現合約銷售額約為人民幣315.29億元,較2019年同期增加約8.0%;合約銷售面積約為204.73萬平方米,較2019年同期增加約14.8%。

土地儲備補充方面,集團的土地儲備策略為確保足以支持集團未來約三至五年的用地發展,繼續堅定推進“以上海為中心,深耕長三角”戰略,把握市場週期,精準佈局,嚴格遵守價值投資的原則。於2020年6月30日,集團擁有的優質土地儲備總建築面積約為2860萬平方米,其中,正在開發建設中的物業約2220萬平方米;持作未來發展物業約640萬平方米。開發中的土地儲備將用於發展大型商業物業,附優質住宅物業、酒店式公寓、辦公樓及酒店。於2020年6月30日,集團土地儲備超過70%分佈於長三角地區。
