潛能恆信(300191.SZ)：海外全資公司智慧石油與中國海油簽訂中國南海22/05區塊聯合研究協議
格隆匯 8 月 18日丨潛能恆信(300191.SZ)公佈，公司海外全資公司智慧石油投資有限公司(“智慧石油”)與中國海洋石油集團有限公司(“中國海油”)簽訂《中國南海22/05區塊聯合研究協議》進行聯合研究，評價區域內潛力並找出可鑽構造。
智慧石油通過參與中國海油組織的對外合作招標，與洛克石油(渤海)公司(以下“洛克石油”)共同取得了中國南海北部灣潿洲10-3西油田暨22/04區塊合同區勘探開發權益，並於2018年7月3日與中國海油簽訂了為期30年的產品分成合同—《中國南海北部灣潿洲10-3西油田暨22/04區域合同區石油合同》，智慧石油和洛克石油成為合同區內勘探作業、開發作業和生產作業聯合作業者。
為更有利於南海潿洲10-3西油田和22/04區塊整體認識，更科學合理進行勘探開發投資，智慧石油與中國海油就南海潿洲10-3西油田和22/04區塊相鄰的中國南海22/05區塊開展聯合研究，聯合研究的面積約117平方公里。
聯合研究的主要工作範圍包括地震資料連片處理、解釋、單井測井評價及綜合區塊評價。
中國南海22/05區塊西部與潿洲10-3西油田相鄰，東部與潿洲22/04區塊相鄰，緊鄰生油凹陷，是油氣聚集的有利部位。智慧石油將通過對南海22/05區塊內現有勘探開發資料研究，評價區域內潛力並找出可鑽探目標，同時通過南海22/05區塊資料與南海潿洲10-3西油田和22/04區塊資料開展連片整體研究，既可以明確該區整體潛山灰巖裂縫發育及成藏條件，落實油氣資源潛力，又有利於優化潿洲10-3西油田開發方案，併為22/04區塊優選探井井位，爭取發現規模儲量。
協議簽署後，智慧石油預計支付的22/05區塊現有資料購買費用在聯合研究期間將計入其他非流動資產，聯合研究期期滿或期滿之前,若智慧石油選擇與中國海油進入談判期並最終簽署石油合同，該筆資料購買費用將視為購買合同權益支出計入油氣資產/其他非流動資產，若雙方最終未能達成石油合同，該筆資料購買費用將於《中國南海22/05區塊聯合研究協議》終止日計入當期費用。
